Deposits & Payments
All deposits are non-refundable unless the appointment is cancelled at least 24 hours in advance.
If we are unable to complete your booking due to weather or other valid reasons, your deposit will be transferred to a future appointment or refunded in full.
Cancellations & No-Shows

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the appointment will receive a full refund of any deposit.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will be charged 50% of the total amount (or forfeit deposit).

No-shows will be charged the full service amount.
Service Quality
We take pride in our work and aim for complete satisfaction. Customers are encouraged to inspect their vehicle immediately after completion.
If you’re unsatisfied, please let us know before we leave or within 2 hours, and we’ll review the issue. Refunds or partial credits are provided only at our discretion, depending on the situation.
