Service Policy

Booking Process

Bookings can be made via our website, WhatsApp, Instagram, phone, or email. All bookings are subject to confirmation and availability.

We operate as a mobile detailing service across London. Customers may also visit our designated service location (by appointment only) if they do not have access to water or electricity.

 

Access Requirements

Customers are responsible for providing safe access to the vehicle, sufficient space to work, and permission to perform the service on the property.

 

Water & Electricity

Customers must provide access to water and electricity unless the vehicle is brought to our location, where we provide our own.

 

Travel & Service Areas

We currently serve customers within London. For areas outside our standard service range, additional travel fees may apply and will be confirmed at booking.

 

Weather Conditions

In cases of severe weather (e.g., heavy rain, snow, or storms), appointments may be postponed or rescheduled. We’ll contact you as soon as possible to arrange a new time.
