Welcome to 4X4 Detailing. By booking any of our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a booking.
1. About Us
4X4 Detailing is a mobile car detailing service operating within London, United Kingdom. We currently operate as an independent team (not a registered company) and provide professional detailing services directly to customers at their chosen location or at our partner location in London.

2. Our Services
We offer three main detailing packages:

Standard (£30) – Interior or Exterior only, includes Wheels, Windows (Jetwash), Vacuum, Dashboard Cleanse, Boot Cleaning, Shampoo & Rinse, and Tyre Pressure Check.

Plus (£50) – Everything in Standard, plus both Interior & Exterior, Tyre Shine, Contact Wash (Two-Step Method), Deep Vacuuming (With Water), Vehicle Deodorisation, and Screenwash Top-Up.

Deluxe (£70) – Everything in Standard & Plus, plus Steam Cleaning, Wax, Window Polish, Ceramic Coating, and Headlight Restoration.

Optional Add-Ons – Pet Hair Removal (£10), Steam Cleaning (£15), Buff & Polish (£15), Ceramic Coating (£20).
Service availability and pricing may vary slightly depending on vehicle condition, size or location.
3. Bookings
Bookings can be made via phone, WhatsApp, Instagram, email, or through our website.
All bookings are subject to confirmation. We reserve the right to decline or reschedule appointments depending on weather conditions, location, or vehicle suitability.
4. Payment Terms

Payment Method: Currently, we accept cash only. Bank transfer and other digital payment methods will be available in the future.

Deposit: New customers are required to pay a 50% deposit to confirm the booking. The remaining 50% is payable after the service is completed.

Repeat Customers: May be allowed to pay after the service at our discretion.

Late or Missing Payment: Failure to pay the agreed amount upon completion may result in refusal of future bookings or legal recovery of owed amounts.
5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations or rescheduling made at least 24 hours in advance are free of charge.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will result in a 50% charge (or loss of deposit).

No-shows will be charged the full amount of the booked service.

You may reschedule once for free if notice is given at least 24 hours before your appointment.
6. Customer Responsibilities

The customer must ensure safe access, adequate space, and permission to perform work on their property or vehicle location.

Customers must provide access to water and electricity at the service location unless the vehicle is brought to our designated site, where we supply our own.

Please remove personal belongings from the vehicle before we begin. We are not responsible for loss or damage to items left inside.
7. Weather Policy
As a mobile service, adverse weather conditions (such as heavy rain, snow, or storms) may affect our ability to perform certain services.
If this occurs, we may reschedule your appointment for the next available date. We will notify you as early as possible in such cases.
8. Satisfaction Guarantee
Customers are encouraged to inspect their vehicle immediately after the service is completed.
If any areas appear to have been missed or if you are unsatisfied with the quality, please inform us before we leave or within 2 hours of completion.
We will review the issue and offer a touch-up or partial refund at our discretion.
We cannot be held responsible for complaints raised after the vehicle has been used or exposed to environmental conditions.
9. Liability

We take all reasonable care while working on your vehicle. However, we are not liable for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or defects that become apparent during cleaning.

We are not responsible for damage caused by poor paintwork, weak seals, or existing cracks.

4X4 Detailing accepts no liability for mechanical or electrical faults arising during or after the detailing process unless directly caused by negligence.
10. Personal Information
We collect basic personal details (such as name, address, email, and phone number) solely for the purpose of bookings and communication.
Your information will never be shared with third parties or used for marketing without your consent.
11. Changes to Terms
4X4 Detailing reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website with the updated date.
